Unplugged people - a major problem

The Institute is working hard to eliminate all unplugged conversations. It is a major problem when people talk to each other in cafés, restaurants and in their homes. The cost to install listening devices everywhere is enormous, not to speak of the staff that must be hired to analyze what people are talking about.
